Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 1.5km to Beach Parallel road ro Ecr and Omr . lots of eateries and function halls around. The property is in First floor of an independent compound having 2 other service apartment . As you enter , there is a spacious hall cum dining with Air conditioning. along with it , there is a bedroom with AC and an attached bath . kitchen is fully equipped with fridge , washing machine and stove . the property is 5 mins walk from Thiruvanmiyur bus depot and have access to all major shops .

A beautiful apartment located in a central area, which made it very convenient for my frequent travels within the city. The location was easily accessible by both cabs and public transport. The apartment was well-maintained and very clean. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would like to extend my gratitude to the great host and staff members who made my stay a wonderful one.
Once I entered in Prashanth's place I didn't want to go out, because I felt like my home with my privacy. I can definitely give 5 star without any hesitation. if I come to Chennai again I won't be have any other choice than Prashanth's home. Thank you Prashanth!!!
So simple and cozy ! it was exactly as described in the pictures... the house is furnished with a lot of thought.. each aspect was spot on. I loved the stay. will definitely visit again. if you're looking for a weekend home away from home in the city - check this out !!
