Access w/ liability waiver, no overnight boat parking. -Sits on the ICW a stones throw from Jeremy Creek and looks directly down Five Fathom Creek. The Cozy Cottage: UPSTAIRS -Wide staircase leading to a large 52ft screened in front porch w/ sitting areas, rocking chairs, gas fire table, Loco gas griddle for outdoor cooking.
