Nikki was a great host with a beautiful Airbnb. She communicated clear instructions throughout the entire process, making us feel right at home from the start. The rental looked exactly as photographed. It was decorated wonderfully and felt coastal and clean. It was in a great location just steps from beach and pool access. We loved hanging out on the porch. Nikki had great recommendations for places to visit in the area and a very comprehensive manual of the rental, which made navigating easy. I will definitely be back!

Perfect little setup just a few steps from the pool and beach. My kids were in heaven. The apartment was stocked with board games, beach toys and cooking essentials… ideal in all ways!

Awesome place to stay! Close to beach and pool. My family of 4 stayed there for 5 nights and had a great time. If you’ve forgotten shampoo/conditioner, she’s got it! My kids had a blast with the books and games provided. All the beach toys were fun. The four beach chairs, please note two are Tommy Bahama backpack ones, the other two are not and cannot (as far as we could figure out) be put in a seated position, only lounging. Which wasn’t a problem because my kids never used them. The bunk room is cute, I suggest the top bunk child put their head closer to the door rather than the bump out. The kids also used the pull out couch and loved that too. There is an ice machine in the freezer, and she’s left a Brita water filter in the fridge. Kitchen is fully stocked. The sound machines were great. You can even see a little bit of the ocean. Pool is not heated, us spoiled New Englanders found it a little cold. We didn’t want to leave. That screened in porch was my favorite room.

We had a great family vacation! Stayed with 6, 4 and 1 year old and it was great. Could have used a baby gate for the stairs but otherwise the place was great. Clean, easy to walk to pool, beach! Laundry worked well. Also an easy walk to the tennis courts, play ground and restaurants (with stroller for kids too far for them to walk themselves). Had everything we needed and Nikki was super responsive and helpful adding visitors to the gate when we needed.
