It's a two storey luxurious mountain lodge hut near Vaishno Devi with the deck and green lawns. You can enjoy privacy with friends and family without any market chaos in katra. The hut which has two beds with living/bathroom having stream and sauna baths and an open area deck with a pool. Descending from the right side of the hut through stairs is the in-ground firepit alongside Coco bar and the main kitchen; table for a healthy meal will be made under the open sky near firepit. The upper lawn has kitchen garden for some in-house vegetables. *Know before you go:* Since this is a *Gold Category Homestay* as per Central Govt (Ministry of Tourism), certain house rules need to be adhered to. * House Rules:* - *Check-in*: 1pm onwards (up till 10pm) - *Check-out*: 11am (Post 11am, you will be charged additionally for another day) - Photo and address identification to be given at the time of booking and at arrival. - Number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - *Food/Snack Service Timings:* • Breakfast will be served between *9-11am* • Lunch will be served between *1-3pm* • Dinner will be served between *8-10pm* - If the guests have any *allergies*, please let our staff know ahead of time. - Food is prepared fresh and the order must be placed well in advance. - Tea / snacks can be served at upper deck, lawns, however, Main meals i.e. breakfast/ lunch/ dinner will be served only at kitchen lawns. (No request to serve meals elsewhere will be entertained due to logistic problems.) - Parties, loud noises and music that disturbs neighbours is not permitted. (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings) - Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'. - Any illegal activity, including use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is not permitted. - All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking allowed only on the lawns. - Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the deck area. - Please take care of your belongings.
