Villa is located in quiet area and located in center of a lot. 20 min from Downtown and surrounded by plenty of places to eat, shop etc. For whatever brings you to Nashville, you’ll everything you need that makes for a nice and comfortable stay. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is Master has private bathroom, the others 2 bedrooms share a bath, and has a bonus living room upstairs, couch can sleep 2. Half bath downstairs with living room and kitchen.

Absolutely the best weekend ever!!! The rooms were very comfy and the snacks were well needed!! Great way to celebrate a birthday!!
Very comfortable beds and Faye provided lots of water and snacks which were very nice. Several comfy couches to lounge on. Take your own laundry soap.
Faye was a great host. Beautiful clean and spacious home. Loved the decor in every room. Close to a lot of stores and resturants.

Not a lot of scenery but surrounded by a lot to keep you busy if you don’t want to go downtown. Local bars and plenty of restaurants
No parking in Garage! Parking is free and guest are allowed to park anywhere except where there are designated signs. I also offer transportation $25 pp
