Welcome to Bellissima Grace. Where else do you get a newly furnished historic farm, 15 acres, 2 creek's & hiking trail all to yourself! The farm house was built in the 1850's and still has much of its historic charm but with modern comforts and furnishings. The house also boasts of a stair case imported from Leads England, a billiards room, ping pong table, foosball and a full wrap around porch where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. With much more amenities & 18 guest capacity coming soon Unplug from the daily stress of life and reconnect with your family and nature at this beautiful farm property. Its your own slice of paradise with 15 acres of pastures, forest's, orchards and creeks to explore. With so many activities on site you'll never want to leave! Go on a hike around the property just have fun seeing all the wildlife and farm life. Have fun exploring the two creeks. One has a big swimming hole to cool off in on a hot summer day. After a long fun stress free day enjoy your favorite meal by cooking on the gas grill and unwinding on the big wrap around porch in a rocking chair. At night enjoy the stars sitting with your friends around a new smokeless fire pit. This farm has history everywhere! The property was settled in the late 1700's and was one of the first farms in the area. A log cabin was originally built by the creek and remnants from the well is still there. A big silo and several barns from the 1800's still remain. The farm house was built in 1850 and added onto in 1910 and then again in 2012. Inside you'll find its newly renovated with updated furniture but with original character and features. For entertainment you will find a billiards room, ping pong and foosball, board games, a big blue tooth speaker/ karaoke and corn hole boards. The kitchen table is big enough for your whole group and seats 10. A fully stocked coffee bar is also provided. With high speed internet and a desk in the master this is perfect for a work/vacation getaway. Being in the heart of Lebanon and Springboro, you are just minutes from all the shopping and dinning they have to offer.

From the moment we pulled up to the gate which was a nice secure feature we were greeted by three deer then as we crossed the creek and drove up the long drive to see the beautiful farmhouse awaiting we knew this was going to be a peaceful relaxing stay. The pictures do not do this historic farmhouse Justice. From the outside it looks kind of like a rustic farmhouse the but the moment you step inside the decor and the interior is so unique and impressive. Very charming very homey and relaxing the front porch was the best with plenty of chairs to accommodate all your guests. We went for our anniversary and when we arrived there was beautiful roses and a few chocolates which was the sweetest touch. Not to mention she was very flexible on our checkout time. Very friendly and always responded so quickly if we needed anything which we didn't. The coffee bar was wonderful as I always need my morning coffee. We also enjoyed playing billiards. There's a nice fire pit outside. So much to enjoy
This farm is so spacious & a very beautiful property! I needed to relax after my dad passed away & this was just perfect. My favorites were the huge wrap-around porch, porch swing & rockers that looked at the peaceful pastures, and seeing Elmer the horse! It is a perfect place to hold reunions, birthday or anniversary parties, or just a family vaca. Close to the historic Lebanon, Kings Island, Golden Lamb etc. Very private and beautifully decorated. I got to meet one of the owners & appreciate the hospitality! Thank you!

Our stay at this country farm house was nothing short of enchanting! Designed with families in mind, the abundance of family-friendly amenities turned our visit into an unforgettable experience for my 4 kids. The carefully laid-out hiking trails provided an opportunity for nature exploration, unveiling the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Each step brought a new sense of wonder and discovery, creating cherished moments for our family. However, it wasn't just the outdoors that captivated us – the interiors were equally captivating. This property is amazing! The home is interesting and beautiful with tons of character and detail. It’s well decorated and very clean. The beds are so comfortable! We had everything we could possibly need. My favorite part was the coffee bar, perfect to enjoy a cup on the beautiful wraparound porch. The property is so quiet and peaceful, plenty of space to spread out inside or out. This place would be perfect for a family reunion or any gathering really. It’s super close to lots of restaurants and shopping, including the charming downtown Lebanon. We loved this place and plan to return!!

The neighborhood is in a Beautiful country setting with rolling hills, pastures and creeks. The only neighbors close by have mostly new homes mixed with a few historic farm houses.
Although our property is secluded its only 5 minutes from downtown Lebanon and major highways
