Nestled under the high ceilings of a classic Darwin troppo house, our beautiful studio offers a serene and stylish retreat. Our property has lots of personality as it has been here since the 1980s. Perfect for couples, small families or solo adventurers, this fully self-contained studio merges functionality with a touch of the tropics, ensuring a comfortable stay. Ideally located just an 11-minute walk to Casuarina Shopping Centre, 1 minute from Charles Darwin University and a 5-minute drive to the local beaches, with a bus stop just up the road from the property, and only 7 minutes to the airport. Our fully self-contained studio offers all the comforts of home in a tranquil setting, making it the perfect escape for couples, solo travellers or small families. We have a Husky dog, Reya, who shares the backyard space. She has her own areas, if you are an animal lover she is more than happy to say hello. She is very vocal and on work-days may howl for a bit when we leave in the mornings. Bedroom: A cozy queen-size bed Bedside table and lamp Bathroom: A private bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included). Fresh hand towels, shower towels, and face washers provided for two guests (additional available upon request). Kitchen: A full-sized kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking, including hotplate, oven, pots, pans, plates, utensils, and basic condiments. Modern appliances such as a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and a bar fridge. Dining/Study area: A dining area with a table and four chairs Living Room: L-shaped lounge, set on a soft rug. Enjoy the entertainment options with a new TV and a box of kids’ toys for our little guests. Laundry Area (shared): Access to a washing machine, complete with washing liquid and fabric softener. Clothes airer, mop, bucket, and vacuum are also available for your convenience.
