We have a hot tub/Jacuzzi that is amazing in any season! Enjoy your morning coffee and lunch outside seated at the patio table with rockers. The pool is cared for on a weekly basis by our pool company and landscaping is done monthly. Pool Heating: The spa/jacuzzi is heated to 100 degrees included in nightly rate. The pool can be heated in the late fall-early spring to 85 degrees for an extra prepayment of $350/week to cover natural gas. Pool heating is charged for the entirety of your stay. Please inquire if you are interested in the pool heat for more details. Guest access All guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT: the locked closet in the hall next to the family room. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ** PLEASE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES ** Request for the fireplace gas key if interested in using the fireplace ** Heated jacuzzi available upon request only ** No glass in or near the pool area GUESTBOOK: An E-guestbook will be sent to you beforehand and a hardcopy is available at the house upon Check-In.
