This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed. The loft includes 2 twin size beds, a sink, and dedicated workspace with desk and chair. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking at a nearby lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in. Guests are not permitted to park in the garage. • Pet friendly! Dogs only. Maximum 1 dog, 80 lbs. or less. An additional $35 per day will be required and is not included in your final booking price. The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use.
