Situated in the beautiful coastal village of Caister on Sea. 15 minutes walk will get you to the beautiful sandy beach of Caister. Also the village has an abundance of shops including fish and chip shops, bakers, co-op and a tesco. The house also overlooks the park, so great for youngsters to get them away from their screens! This lovely terraced house has a good sized lounge with a neutral design and comfy sofa with armchair perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach. Adjoining a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower - two bedrooms both of which have hanging space . Large flat screen SMART TV in lounge so that you can stream all your favourite shows on Netflix, Prime etc. etc. via the 4G Wifi 4G Wifi available Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Bed - sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 - Twin Beds - sleeps 2 Travel cot can be made available if required so we can sleep 5 if you have a little one :) We just require you to bring bedding for the travel cot as we don't provide this. Otherwise linen is all included and beds are made up ready for your arrival. House Rules: - Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. - There is two free car parking spaces on premises parking facilities available just outside the property. Travel Cot can be made available on request. Please contact me to confirm if you would like a travel cot prior to your stay and we can ensure it is available for you upon arrival. Please bring bedding for the travel cot if required as this is not provided You will also find a little selection of books and games to help you relax during your stay.
