We really enjoyed ourselves this weekend at the Hummer Homestead in the Coconino tent! Directions were clear and Cody was very responsive the entire stay. He greeted us at arrival and gave us a complete tour of the property. The entire property was clean and well kept. We were pleased to have an indoor restroom that was sanitized and spotless. Our tent was very spacious! Me and my fiancé (plus our two large dogs) were able to sleep and move around the tent comfortably. The tent was well lit with the provided lights, and it also came with a power bank for charging devices. There are multiple grills and a Blackstone for cooking on site. They have a large picnic bench and other seating available. There are multiple amenities, but be sure to check out their hot tub. It’s very relaxing and the provided firewood smells amazing. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back with our friends and family soon. This is camping without the hassle; Glamping! Thank you for having us!

What an awesome spot! I was on a road trip from CA to Sedona and this location was perfect for a stopover. I arrived just in time for sunset (a little later than expected) and Cody was there to greet me. He had a fire going and he was welcoming and enthusiastic to show me the place. He was excited to host and share his labor of love. The property is off grid but with many conveniences like a sink and soap and a composting toilet. There were other great amenities like a swing to watch the land scape or sunrise/sunset & a community fire pit with lots of fire wood onsite. There was also a small fire pit next to my tent if I was in the mood for a more private experience. There is gas a grill, a gas heat lamp and an ice chest. The canvas tent was perfect. It was on a built platform and had had a rug, a mattress with linens and a side table with a lamp. Truly a glamping experience 😊 It’s a mini adventure to get there on some dirt roads but well worth it. Dogs welcomed!

This is not a typical AirBnB. It’s better. You won’t get a view like this from any other AirBnB, let alone for a reasonable price like this. It’s incredibly private and peaceful, perfect for a date or a family trip. It’s definitely camping - there are tents! - but it’s also hotel-like in that there are beds, heat, electricity and a bathroom. There’s also a great swing set facing the gorgeous valley below, a walking trail and even a hot tub. I took some amazing landscape pictures. Cody is a fantastic host, he was extremely responsive, and he even made an appearance. He provided clear instructions on how to set up and use everything. There was also a 24-hour truck stop less than 15 minutes away, and we had no trouble with the Google Maps directions. I went with my son, but we will all be back as a family!
