I stayed at peter’s place for two nights. It's a really nice apartment, clean, easy to communicate , comfortable and well equipped. Peter’s texted us to ahead of time to make sure everything is ok. We definitely plan to stay with him again.

Very nice place and within walking distance of travel connections and shops. Small garden but it was all we needed for the dog as there was a park 50yds away. Great sized bedrooms, beds were a bit too springy (but that's a personal preference and no fault of the hosts or with the beds). Check in and check out process was clear in a boarding pass which was incredibly useful! Will definitely look to use Peter & Tees properties again the next time we visit Manchester!

Really nice property, was very clean and just like the pictures, good value for money if you're staying with a group or family. Also very close to Manchester city centre via tram and easily walkable to the Etihad stadium! Peter was also very responsive to any queries or questions as well, thanks again to Peter and the team!
