Ms. Susana and Ms. Arlene are both responsive. The place was exclusive and the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Our stay was indeed amazing.

The place is very quiet, clean and has a stunning view from the balcony. And host Arlene is very responsive and accommodating. My husband and I were having a great time staying in the place. I definitely come back again next time.

I was meet when i arrived by Susana and co host Arlene. Arlene showed me the condo, and al the features of the unit. The following day Arlene followed up and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comtabile. As i was staying 13 nights, i said it would be nice to have a toaster. The next morning Susana sent over a toaster, wow great serve. If you wish to stay in a great unit with a great pool, and in a setting with many friendly Western people living in the complex, i would recomend this host. They have mutipule units for rent in the complex. Thanks again making my holiday a great one.

Nice and tidy place with proper dining table and super comfy bedroom with the perfect view from the balcony. They also provided us 1 gal of drinking water for free😊. The host and the cohost were very helpful and patient in giving instructions plus you can find diff stores just outside the building (sari2x store, snackhouse, coffee shop and mini market) and accessible to tricycle. We did not have a hard time during our stay. Hihgly recommended.

Susana was such a lovely host, and was very approachable. Also responded to our issue quickly when we left our keys inside the unit. The unit was spotless, and it had everything we needed. We’re able to enjoy the pool because there’s not a lot of people in the condo yet, and had the chance to check the roof deck wherein the entire Lapu2 can be seen. The check in part was also seamless and met Arlene who helped us get settled. Overall, it was definitely a 10/10 experience and would love to book again next time!
