Brilliant location if you’re looking for everything on your doorstep. Great views, parking 5-6 minute walk but can be busy. Beautiful apartment, had a great couple days , thanks to a great host.

We had a great stay at the flat. It was very clean and welcoming and felt like a home from home. The fantastic location meant we spent time on the balcony watching the world go by and could be anywhere within the town within a few minutes. Would love to return one day!

We really loved our little apartment & central location, and enjoyed watching the parade of people and dogs from our balcony. A bothersome noise under our bedroom seriously affected our sleep, but Elaine was unable to rectify the situation. She twice offered a change in accommodation, but we declined because of the hassle of moving. The steep flight of stairs to the apt were daunting but doable. Elaine arranged for some compensation for us, and we had a wonderful complementary dinner at the Porthminster Kitchen on our last night in St. Ives. Thank you!

Great spot for everything St Ives has to offer. The apartment was spotless with amazing views out to the harbour and beyond. Elaine responded quickly to questions and gave us to access to the apartment a good few hours before the listed checkin time which was really appreciated. One minor issue for us was noise from a generator or air con unit outside which ran on and off all night disturbing our sleep. .

Clean, modern, and centrally located. My only complaint would be noise from the restaurant downstairs. The loud machinery kept us up in the middle of the night. The entryway, via a fire escape between two restaurants, could also use some work.
