Wow - this spot is truly unique, beautifully appointed and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was clean and well appointed for all our household/cooking needs. It’s an incredible location and the house is on an isolated island away from it all. The host was SUPER helpful and responsive and her on-site staff did their best to arrange transport with locals (the only way to get around or off the island). Naomi was amazing. If you want to come, relax, self-cater and stay home, then you can’t ask for a better place in Vanuatu. However, if you have a tour or want to go explore, getting away is complicated. You’re entirely at the whim of locals and the weather as well as their unreliable transportation to get to the public wharf then to Santo. Transfers are expensive. Be prepared for patience and ensure you have a fully topped up SIM card and lots of cash.

Amazing stay! The house is amazing Rooms were super clean, huge and not too warm at night The kitchen and rest of the house were also awesome Outside garden deck etc. Are perfect Private beach Having your own beach, where the water taxi picks you up and drops you everyday as well as the little swing makes it IG worthy! And we used snorkeling gears and kayaks! We had a lovely lady, Naomi (not sure if the spelling sorry!) looking after us helping us book water taxi, taxis etc. She was great The neighbor We had the best time with the neighbor Michelle who kindly drove us to the resort for dinner one night and invited us for some drinks at hers two other nights! Had the best time! Three only small things to note: - There is no wifi so it’s not possible to work remotely - It’s not as easy as slated to find the house! Best way is to mention it’s the house next to Michelle’s! - Could not use the buggy, no big deal but fyi

This is a unique place on the planet in a culture that still abides by a much simpler and peaceful pace of living. Living here allows you a chance to immerse in an ease of being in a very relaxed society that we found extremely welcoming and friendly. And all this while enjoying all the modern comforts, architectural beauty and artful surroundings that Sails Beach House offers. It is isolated in a gorgeous natural setting with stunning sunsets and the ocean lapping at your door. It is relatively easy to catch a land or water taxi to get out shopping or exploring. The snorkeling is amazing. We fell in love with George and Selena, the resident caretakers and their children. Sweetest people in the world! Stay here! You'll love it!

If you’re looking for a bit of paradise and a place to unwind and relax then Sails is just the place. Nellie was fabulous and George was on hand to make sure our stay was perfect. And it was ❤️
