10/10! Absolutely a great option for anyone looking for a sizeable home on the water! Everything in the picture is exactly what you get. Every room had an air conditioner, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were a life saver, the back patio is an amazing spot for morning coffee, plenty of towels for everyone, clean bathrooms and great hospitality. So many other great things to point out about the home but all you need to know is that you'll enjoy your stay here. Tony and Jo met us at the ferry to get us to the house and coordinated a golf cart rental for us. Throughout the stay they were in constant communication and very helpful. Utila is one of our favorite places ever. Each time we've been, we have had an amazing vacation. The restaurants are great and the diving was amazing. I also want to point out if you like board games or reading books, you should check out Quest Utila. A really cool place with tons of great options.

Our stay at this home was truly amazing! Tony & Jo were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and proactive, booking us a vehicle, assisting with baggage, regularly checking in with us, and providing helpful tips for exploring the island. The place was outstanding, exactly like the photos! One of the best houses in Utila, with beautiful views and all the amenities you need. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have visited, and it was wonderful. The place was great and Tony and Jo are a fantastic host, we will be back next year!
