Tim’s place is pristine. He is always responsive to everything that we need. He knows the area very well and gave us a lot of information to get around Boracay. He has a little cute shitzu named Untal that is very friendly and we don’t mind him hanging out with us in our rental home. This place is home away from home. It was very peaceful and quiet. There were camias tree and calamansi tree that are reachable from the balcony but be careful into reaching it. Tim is very responsive to everything that we needed just like the instructions says “Just Ask” and he will response to you right away. We recommend this place and we will be back again.

Tim’s place was awesome! Three bedrooms and beautiful. He was very attentive and helpful and even arranged to have someone show us to the unit from the jettyport. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim and Doods!

Tim is very approacheable and responsive to all my queries. He even make an effort to help us arrange the boat fees and e trike rides The place is worth the money. For us travel with family , toddler and seniors this is best home that we stayed, clean bathrooms, kitchen and rooms and the house have a large veranda that you can stay and chill. Peaceful and quite. Away from the noisee of parties and all. we enjoy our stay in the house. Thank you to Tim and his helpers. Very recommended place to stay for family!
