Located atop Phinney Ridge, this 3-story 2-bedroom townhouse has great views from the 4th floor deck of the Cascade Mountains to the east (watch the sunrise over morning coffee) and the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound to the west (sunset with cocktails). The complex appears to be recently constructed and the unit is in pristine condition. The location is excellent, steps from the busy restaurants, cafes and wine bars for which Phinney Ridge is building a reputation. It's also a short walk to the beautiful footpath around Green Lake to the east and to the hopping business district of Ballard to the west. The hosts were stellar, attentive, responsive and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star stay.

This townhouse is beautiful! Amazing views of the mountains in the distance, and the neighborhood is walkable and fun. The decor is modern and stylish, and the unit was spotless. Most importantly, Noah was quick, responsive and super-friendly when I had a question or two. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We loved everything about our stay and are so glad we ventured out to Phinney Ridge. Modern yet comfortable condo with a rooftop deck that lets you take in multiple views. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just loved it!
