Perfect house for our stay in KC! It had everything we needed and centrally located. Loved the hot tub!!

My wife and I enjoyed a little staycation at Tracee's place. We booked it primarily because of the hot tub and it did not disappoint. The house was super clean and tastefully decorated with art in every room. After the hot tub we veg'd out in the basement which was a great set-up for tv watching (bonus they had many different streaming platforms on the TV). The location is very close to the Corinth Square shops with grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, and shopping. Another fun perk was the espresso maker! Tracee was great in communicating with us and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay here was great! Location was really convenient and quiet which we prefer over a loud and busy hotel. Plenty of comfortable beds and sitting area with all the core amenities and then some. Easy checkin and checkout process and clear and quick communication with owners. We’d recommend and would stay again.
