The room is on level 2 with a shared main bathroom. maximally two people in the other room would share the main bathroom with you. Our property is 5km from CBD and 12mins by driving or Uber or 25mins by bus to the downtown. bus stop（755）is just in front of the house and Remuera Train station is 22mins walk while Newmarket shopping mall is 35mins walk and 5 mins drive. 25mins driving to the airport off peak hour. Pick-up and drop-off service can be provided for further enquiry. Fees Apply. One bedroom with closet and a queen bed, shared bathroom

Good place to stay.
Location of the place is near the mall and the surrounding area was quiet. Kai and his family are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
