The townhouse was nice and easy to find. The guest contact left some water and ginger ale in the fridge along with some chocolates on the table as a welcome gift. The only downside to the house is that there are only 2 parking spaces so if you have more than 2 cars you will have to go find street parking on the next block, but other than that the place was super convenient as a place to stay while in town for a wedding.

Awful and terrible experience! we made payment and never received any information about checkin in; I left messages a few hours in advance but never received feedback; then I called when it’s about 1hr to arrive, firstly it’s connected to Evolve, people told me it’s Airbnb’s duty to get me in; then I called Airbnb to solve the problem; it was smooth at beginning I should say, but the service people can only record this problem to find someone to support. So I have to wait another 30mins to receive the call. When they finally called, they asked me a few stupid questions to prove it’s right person holding the account. I could understand it but about another 30mins the same boy called(I recognized his voice and he did, too) also asked me those same stupid recognizing questions!!! I was frozen, I was waiting and I had to prove it’s me over and over again! And what’s worst is I never got in! I have to take another hotel quickly for the night then order another Airbnb for the next few days.
