This small house was decorated beautifully with navy accents and new furnishings. Ashley was so kind to leave coffee and creamer for my stay, which was truly appreciated. The driveway is large and can accommodate several cars, so that's a bonus for anyone traveling in a group. The back patio had a nice table and chairs with an umbrella that was really nice to sit and enjoy the warm weather. I think a fence will be going up for privacy, but right now, the yard was pretty open. There were plenty of dishes and glasses, and I used the coffeemaker and microwave which worked perfectly fine. The water pressure is a little low on the first floor, but better on the second floor. That's my only criticism of this beautiful little house. I really enjoyed my stay!

Pictures were an understatement for this beautiful home. The aesthetics of the home are incredible, state of the art appliances and decor. You have to see it for yourself, we highly recommend. Ashley was a great host and we will book again the next time we are in town.

This place looked brand new, it was spotless! Convenient location for work in Elkton and water activities in the summer. I was on crutches during my stay so I was happy that all that I needed was on the first floor. The negatives, the noise from the road is loud and doesn’t let up at night. I needed ear plugs to sleep. The rear motion activated light off bedroom over the rear porch is strong and lights up the bedroom at night when it’s activated by a passing car. I recommend an eye mask.  During my stay I didn’t have hot water in the shower in the main bedroom on the first floor and the sinks in this bathroom ran rust brown the second morning, I could not get them to run clear. I think all of these negatives are fixable expect maybe the road noise. If you looking at this in summer 2024 you're good! I would stay again, with eye mask and ear plugs. Visually a very put together place. You'll likely take photos of the kitchen and dream yours will one day look like it..... I did.
