Pros: beautiful clean house, nice pool, comfortable bed and nice tub. Cons: I scratched myself reaching under the bed while packing up and there was a misunderstanding of when we were checking our causing us to get locked out in 97 degree. overall solid value and the cons more seem like bad luck.

Jason's place was absolutely amazing. The house was very big and spacious inside and had an open format and high ceilings that made flow seamlessly. It was immaculately clean and not a single bug in sight so Kudos to the cleaning crew, excellent job! The pool area is so big and I love the fact that there is a tall privacy fence so you're not peeking at your neighbors and vice versa lol. The house comes with your standard starter set of supplies so you would need to stop at the Walmart which is 6 minutes away to pick up any more supplies and groceries for your stay. There is plenty of dishes, towels, pillows and linens for everybody x2 and Jason and his team have provided everything for a family traveling with a little one. There is a high chair, playpen and even bed rails for the bunk beds. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. All parks are within 30 minutes drive. Communication with Jason was effortless! Highly recommended and can't wait to return! Thank you for everything!

Although, place were not cleaned, Jason was very proactive and made things right. I feel unless a place is unclean constantly, you shouldn’t hold owner accountable, sometimes it’s the person they hire to clean. Owner aren’t always there, and put their trust in the cleaning agent or person.
