The fully stocked kitchen and location in proximity to the springs were great. I also really appreciated the home being pet friendly. Cows will occasionally walk up to the back fence and our group enjoyed that more than we could have expected. Nice spot to stay overall.

Nice place to rest our heads and relax for a weekend near the Rainbow River. Pool is pristine and a nice reprieve from the summer heat. House is a little older as are the surrounding homes but it had just about everything we needed for our short stay. Was cool, comfortable and a very peaceful escape from the hustle of busy Tampa. An added bonus were the cows / farm that sat at the edge of the property. Richard was very nice and communicative.
