Great location for you to explore Dedham Vale, Flatford Mill, Nayland. Entire area is fabulous. Great walks without having to drive. Fabulous pub at end of road. Food available Fri, Sat and Sundays . The house is in a quiet location in a tiny and friendly housing development . It’s well equipped, basically you couldn’t ask for more. Second visit and I will certainly be returning. Dog friendly, enclosed rear garden . Plenty of room for everyone x

Location well suited for Suffolk and Colchester. House was very clean and prctical with a good atmosphere. Particularly thankfull for the milk and tea which was much needed after a long journey. Many thanks.

Lovely stay in a lovely part of the world. House is something of a tardis - looks quite small from the outside but remarkably spacious inside. It's on a quiet modern development with lots of lovely places to visit nearby - Flatford Mill and Dedham being highlights. Tina was very helpful and responsive.

The house is in a superb location for great walks. It’s very comfortable and you instantly feel relaxed once you enter. It has definitely got a home from home feeling. The local pub (5 mins walk) is absolutely brilliant serving great quality food, the staff were very friendly and helpful and if you wanted to chill playing pool that was available too. Another added bonus for the house is the quietness of the area. My friends and I would happily return.
