自我介绍

I’ve been an avid traveler since I was young bc my dad’s job transferred him every 2-3 years while I was growing up, & since my parents divorced when I was young, I flew by myself to go visit my dad during holidays/summers. I have also lived in foreign countries several times as an international exchange student & I am presently married to an Italian. I’ve always been attentive to details. I know what is needed in a home away from home. I will do everything in my power to make sure you have what you need to have a successful and organized stay. In the beginning, in all honesty, my husband and I were only interested in remodeling the home where our children had been raised in order to bring our big, European-Italian, 75+ member family across the Atlantic to visit us in Tulsa whenever they wanted. I had actually called the city of Tulsa asking what the limit was for visiting family members and they said there wasn’t one! I insisted there had to be a property limit because if I told my husband there wasn’t one the risk was great in a pinch there could be picnic tables and tents all over the backyard, and did the city really want 75+ people using the plumbing for one house? The lady insisted the only stipulation was that we were all from the same family, but I was sure that couldn’t be right…anyone else ever hear of building occupancy limits? I was a school teacher after all… Then the idea came to rent out one room for extra airplane tickets for us to go visit our relatives when they couldn’t get away to come see us... With that success, we rented another room, and another, and another. Finally all of our rooms were rented and we were having the time of our lives, going back and forth between the New World and the Old World…So here we are today, the whole family pitching in…
