2 Clean Basement Bedrooms with cozy family entertainment area. Situated in a quiet matured neighborhood. It is equipped with wifi and 65" Smart Tv with a built in sound bar surround sound. You will also find yourself relaxing to a quite large couch with a lounge power reclining chair. Feel At Home Away From Home! NOTE: HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. You will find a Treadmill located on the living area if you feel like you need your cardio in before you head out. We like to stay fit, therefore we've considered that in the event we have a guest that likes having their quick cardio in, it is made available.

Minutes drive to the LLOYDMINSTER mall and all it’s amenities, restaurants like Edo’s, Original Joe’s etc. We are in the heart of Lloydminster AB/SK. 5 Mins drive to Stockade Center, Centennial Civic Center North and 10mins Drive South on highway 17 to Servus Sports Center Arena.
Located in a mature neighbor.
Walking Distance to Coffee shop
5-10mins drive North and South skating arenas, Malls and restaurants.

Michael and Jessieca enjoys spending quality time with their 3 tiny people. During summer they are usually out at the Lake. They are busy family. Jessieca owns her own Beauty studio downtown and run an E-commerce business. While Michael works full time at the North End Coop Gas Bar. We are new to the air BNB lifestyle. so we hope to have our guest stays comfortably and hassle free.
