Went there for my grandsons 4th birthday. We all had a great time. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The kids loved the playground and the pool. Walking distance to the river, which we all loved. Thinking about going back in the fall.

Beautiful property. Lots of construction at the moment but lots of progress being made. You can tell once completed it’s going to be even more beautiful. Kids loved the playground and the pool! My husband enjoyed the outdoor pit and fire pit. Great for s’mores at night. There is a store very close by. Pass the water crossing and to the left at the RV park for basic necessities. Two thumbs up with this pace!

Perfectly cozy and clean cabin and we had everything we needed for a big group of friends! The property is at a gorgeous part of the Frio and we were almost the only ones there in October. Super friendly people and great view of old baldy right overhead. Thanks for the fun stay!

Had a fantastic time at the cabin. Most of our time was spent out enjoying the surrounding areas (garner state park, frio river) but home base was close, clean and fully stocked. Amy and Clint’s instructions were perfect so check in/out were a breeze. We love the area and try to visit as often as possible so we will definitely be back!
