Claire was brilliant, she was there when we arrived and sorted a minor issue immediately. the location was great,right next to the water and had visiting Heron, ducks and geese. The facilities were not as listed but we made Claire aware. The location was peaceful enough except for Saturday night when the party boat passed by banging out a heavy bass beat otherwise lovely.

We had a lovely relaxing week at Kate's Lodge on the River Bure. Clayre was so friendly & helpful when we checked in. Kate's lodge was comfortable & had everything we needed. A good selection of local pubs & restaurants. A really great week!

A terrific place to getaway, right on the river Bure, perfect to relax and watch the various vessels go by including the Southern Comfort paddle steamer, well worth a trip on. Shops and eateries within walking distance. The accommodation was spot on and spotless, containing everything we needed with a pleasant secluded garden to the side with picnic table and seats. Overall summary - excellent.
