This is our 2nd stay at Marlindas. This time 11 days. Mold is still in the washing machine, the house still needs to be dusted, under the beds has a 1/2 inch of dust/hair & the ice maker is disgusting! We washed most of the towels & put the rest in the laundry bag, as instructed in the welcome message. We also washed the sofa covers, swept the floors (minus behind the trash can), washed all of the dishes , wiped mirrors/ cabinets & cleaned up after our dogs but still paid a cleaning fee & pet fee. She now is requesting more money for professional rug cleaning bc they smelled seafood from the seafood we ate the night before. She said the rugs had to be professionally cleaned, said rugs are outdoor rugs & can be hosed off with a water hose. I know this bc I have 1. I sent her a private message abt the issues with her place as a way to help her improve her home. No response, until now, almost 3 weeks later. this could’ve gone differently but here we are. Have the day you deserve! :)

Second time staying and it was just as great as the first time. I will recommend her and her properties to everyone I know. My family and I can’t wait to stay there again.

This is a very quiet location. The neighbours are close but respectful, friendly and quiet. The completely fenced yard was especially appreciated! The space is small and well appointed. It is an excellent rental for a couple travelling with a dog. The beach in nearby Carrabelle is dog friendly and uncrowded.
