Plenty of space and good instructions. Quiet place out in the country with a large yard and 6 comfortable bedrooms. Would certainly return.

Our arrival there wasn't very welcoming. We walked into a house that was 49 degrees. I called Angela and left a message with what was going on and within a few minutes she did respond. Within 15 minutes or so someone did show up to check it out. He was very nice and did admit right away that he wasn't a furnace guy but will do his best. He did manage to get it running and stuck around for a bit to make sure it kept running. The place is large and did accommodate the 9 of us well. However there is some issues like the cupboards doors and drawers not closing properly. The bedroom we were in did have a TV but there must have been an issue with the mount on the wall and it had to be removed. We couldn't get any TVs to work but the living room one (this could have been operator error) but many of us did try. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the place is nice, it just needs some minor maintenance things done.

This spacious home was ideal for our mid-January family Christmas. House was festive and the large couch & easy-to-move futon allowed for great family time. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, beds were comfortable and location was peaceful. The weather was not great for our arrival with a snow storm & significant drifting. Upon arrival, we waded through drifts to get to the front door. We found no shovel so used makeshift shovels to clear the paths. The next morning, the driveway needed plowing before 2 more vehicles arrived. I reached out to the owner via email & phone but unfortunately one of the cars arrived before the plow truck and got stuck in the driveway. We braved frigid temps and used our makeshift shovels to free the vehicle. Obviously the persons contracted to shovel and plow were busy because of the storm so this was out of the homeowner's control. Hopefully a shovel will be onsite for future winter guests.

The location is ok, the house is ok, comfortable stay for my family and friends. Host communicate well. Easy access to everything in and outside the house. Stocked with 99% of our needs (kitchen and backyard). Rooms are good. Living room is my favorite. Overall great value for the price.
