We absolutely loved our time at John & Kathy’s house. The views are AMAZING, the kitchen is a cook’s dream, and the Master bathroom is even nicer than it appeared on the listing. The house and location are so calm and relaxing, our whole family has said they want to return.

We had a great stay at John’s beach house! The pictures don’t do it justice- the house was more spacious than we expected and the views were really beautiful! The property manager lives down the street and was very attentive- she even offered for us to borrow a kayak because one of the house kayaks had been broken by a previous guest. Our kids (4 and 2) LOVED being right on the water, and there are nice kid-friendly restaurants and museums nearby as well. The surrounding community is great, and the neighbors were very friendly! We had such a great time!

Perfect! The best of all the Chesapeake has to offer - wildlife watching, fun in the sun, sand and surf - all steps away from a comfortable 'easy to call home' home! Who could ask for more?! We'll be back, again and again.....

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in such a beautiful house, it was so well equipped. No two days view of the bay was the same. It was a delight to go to sleep with a view and the sound of the waves, and to wake up every morning to the sun rising was just stunning. Also the personal touches around the house made it feel very welcoming. John and Kathy were very responsive to messages and requests and nothing was a problem for Kathy. The house had everything we needed for our stay and more. We had the added pleasure of meeting some of the neighbours and they were so welcoming. There was plenty for us all to do, the kids loved the Kayaks. The pictures really don’t do this house justice it was just stunning. A lot of really good memories were made on this holiday we throughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
