Very nice place and will most likely be returning for another stay. Only thing to note there was only 2 bath towels in whole condo.

Our stay at Tropic Winds 1602 was 99.99% perfect. The condo was as advertised, just beautiful. This unit has a unique balcony with a tall table and chairs for eating and enjoying the view as well as 2 sitting areas with very comfortable furniture. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet area as we were. It's not near other condos or stores and restaurants which makes for no crowds walking around but everything is just 5 minutes away. Just a few comments to make it even better, the frying pans need to be replaced and more silverware would also be nice. The TV is confusing for us seniors and instructions would be helpful. There was one issue that was very annoying and that is smoking. There are signs EVERYWHERE stating no smoking on the property, however, we were constantly exposed to the disgusting smell each time we were on the balcony and there was also a resident smoking at the entry gate. Otherwise we loved it and will definitely rent this unit again!

Pros View Kitchen Washer/dryer Hot water Elevators Luggage carts Cons Plumbing is loud when running dishwasher Mold in AC vents -2nd bedroom vent closed and also moldy Floor turns feet and socks black daily Patio floor needs powerwashing Ceiling fans need to be dusted Area rugs need to be discarded Non smoking property yet people still smoke on balcony There is no recycling Shower curtain rod rusted
