É um bom quarto, limpo, a cama e travesseiros muito bons, porém o banheiro tinha bastante mofo e precisa de algumas manutenções. A cozinha tem alguns utensílios mas faltam vários deles, como garfos, xícaras e copos...

The location is great if you're using public transport and the hosts are very friendly. The room was nice, clean and pretty quiet for the location. The garden is a nice place to escape from the heat that builds up in the room on hot afternoons. As the shared spaces are rather old they are nothing for finicky people. For the price it is pretty Ok.

This is a room in a boarding house which is inexpensive if that is your priority. You share bathrooms and share kitchen facilities if you want them. The room is spacious with drawers and hanging space, but there’s no air conditioning - just a fan. It is located on Sydney’s busy Pacific Highway but it is chose to Chatswood, the Sydney rail system, and all the eating houses that you would ever need. Did the job for me.

The room was as described, great location and great for the price. Allan was very friendly and helped us with checking in and any queries we had. Unfortunately, as you enter the building you get an overwhelming smell of cigarettes from permanent residents smoking inside every day and the kitchen and bathrooms were very dirty. It was very unpleasant to use the kitchen as the countertops, appliances and cupboards are sticky and covered in grime and the fridge has liquid spilt on the shelves. There is a large gap between the kitchen countertops where old food has been collecting for ages and generally the kitchen is in need of a very deep clean and we have found hostels to be much cleaner. The rooms get very hot and the noisy fan provided does not work well and has to be kept on all night for you to sleep as well as opening the window (which has no fly net so you get bitten). We aren't ever really fussed about the cleanliness of cheap accom but we were happy to move to a hostel

Toby along with Noel and his dad run a well organised organisation. Being close to Chatswood Town centre ideal location to explore Sydney. Overall good value for money.
