Toby and Noel - the manager are great. I had good time there. My room is quiet hot in the afternoon. Chatsworth train station around 10 mins to walk. Easy to get train to CBD. Would recommend!

1 no privacy. Surveillance cameras everywhere inside the house except your own room. 2 room’s hot smellydirty 3 host Jenny is unfriendly and hostile and She told my mom extra house rules every time they met. 4 she appears to find ways to get extra money, such as making rules for penalty money like no cooking after 10, such as no toilet paper in the restroom bin only inside the toilet but a little paper at a time. Such as bluh bluh bluh and then 50 penalty. Notices everywhere. Very stressful. 5 she told my mom a good tenant would wash the bed sheet for her. My mom replied to her that we brought our own quilt, blanket and bed sheet. She told my mom on day one how she should use the toilet… Jenny also told my mom in this house tenants clean their own room upon leaving. I have paid 99aud service fee. No service at all. We’ve cleaned when we checked out. Then, she still tried to find ways to get extra money. 6 she tried to avoid airbnb to have rental with tenants we refused she was mad
