Loft 3 on the 1st floor was amazing. We stayed with a 2 year old child and would definitely choose Sarah's apartments next time as well. It ticked all the boxes. The other place was initially booked for our trip to Newcastle but we had to move out after one night due to terrible property conditions, and Chelmsford Lofts was a great choice offering us a completely different experience. Superbly maintained, clean, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. A few supermarkets and restaurants/takeaways within 10 mins walk, nice woodland area just across the road. 100% recommended

Great location and quiet street. Lovely apartment. It’s been decorated extremely well and comms were keen with the host Bed was comfortable However the sofa was broken and very very stained. Kitchen wasn’t very clean and things needed wiping and washing before use which was disappointing including surfaces. Bathroom toilet seat was broken and detached- even as a small woman this was challenging Could be great but needs a little more love.

Sarah was a fabulous, thoughtful and informative host. We ate at Aiden’s, Butterfly Cabinet and Victors which were all delicious and recommended by Sarah. The flat was in a fabulous location with Sarah’s impeccable attention to decorative detail which made us feel comfortable and homely. We will definitely be using Sarah’s place every time we come and visit our son at Uni in the future.
