Jesmond Dene is a unique haven of peace and tranquillity. It is a wooded valley that follows the river Ouseburn between South Gosforth and Jesmond Vale. The property is laid out over two main floors. Downstairs are two living rooms which lead into the kitchen and dining room which are all open plan. There are Roku TVs in the sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen has a range style double cooker and dishwasher along with a large variety of pans and kitchen appliances including coffee machines, and everything from bread maker, slow cooker, food mixers and many other useful gadgets. There is a washing machine and dryer which are in a closed off utility room but they can be made available for guests who are staying for longer than a weekend. There is a toilet under the stairs. There are double doors onto and outside seating area which has a garden furniture set, ornamental trees and festive lights. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Two have king size beds and the third has a double bed. All are decorated with textiles and artifacts from extensive travels. One of the bedrooms has a door onto and outside balcony which has a further outside seating area with another garden furniture set, more ornamental trees and festive lights.
