Great place to stay only downside was the shower rod was broken and the sauna didn't work.

We did overall have a good time, but ran into a few issues. Mohammed was quick to respond and sent someone over to carry out temporary repairs. Things for future visitors to note: - We were only provided with one set of keys. There was also only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. For a place offering up to 9 guests, this is rather limited. - Mobile data signal was not great (I know it's a coastal town). But the WiFi in the apartment was also inconsistent and patchy. We had issues with Internet streaming services on the TV. - Lighting is dim throughout the apartment, we found it a struggle to read books and to even see clearly at the dining table area in the evening. - There are very few windows you can open, and the ones that do, open very little. Beware in hotter months. 1 large fan was provided. - Oven seems to not cook as precisely as one would expect. - Convenient location, but you will hear street noise during the day and locals are still quite noisy through the night

Good location. Flat was unclean and unkept. Some doors would not close, windows would not open/close. No drawer curtains in living room, which gets sun all day so feels like a sauna. TV channels buffer (not regular TV). No essentials in the kitchen, not even salt, pepper or a little olive oil (tea, coffee, sugar only). Kitchen sink leaked, we fixed it as when we rang Muhammad (we never saw or spoke to him directly) his wife said they would get it fixed asap. This did not happen. Small fridge with broken handle did not have a freezer section. No drying room, although says they do have. Lack of sockets. Bedrooms have lamps on bedside table, though some have no socket to plug into so can’t be used. Coffee table sticky due to lack of cleaning. One bed had broken mattress (one side sloped downwards on one side.)Musty smell. Nets at windows, doors, walls, skirting boards, sofa needed washing. Towels seemed very old and rough to the touch. Lots of stairs.

Spacious flat located very close to the beach and local amenities including shops and restaurants. Mohammed is a responsive and friendly host. Free parking near the flat also made things easy. We really enjoyed our stay in Yarmouth!

location was perfect. right in the middle of town with great access towards beach. accomodation was spacious and bedrooms were big and again spacious and clutter free. furnitures were a bit wornout but stull comfortable. second bathroom would be nice to have instead of sauna but again it would be personal choice. overall liked the place and perhaps would return again in future and also recommend to other people as well
