There was plenty of room to host Christmas for my family and Lyndsey was so kind to decorate a tree for us and added some lovely Christmas touches. The family thought it was great place to host the festivities and it became the HQ for the holiday as it was comfortable and the amenities easily catered for everyone’s needs.

Great apartment in a convenient location for all the delights of Great Yarmouth (walkable) and the broads (short drive). The apartment itself is clean and modern with everything you would possibly need for your stay. The only even better if would be curtains in the bedrooms as the street light in the alleyway shines quite bright through the blinds in the bedrooms, so if you are used to a dark nights sleep, pack an eye mask. A lovely place though, and great hosts.

this was our second visit and once again it was fantastic, great communication, lovely and clean, central location, a nice balcony where you find yourself people watching lol. good value for money. the kids think its great. 100% we will be returning. keep up the good work 👍

Absolutely stunning apartment, very clean and tidy. Everything you need there. Short walk to the town centre and beach with parking. Hosts are fantastic. Thank you for having us, this was our second time here and we will definitely be back! ☺️
