Ashleigh’s place was exactly what we were looking for and she could not have been a better host. The house has all the amenities you could ever need or want for a week in paradise. Stunning views, water toys, oodles of towels, gas fire pit, beach wagon, tons of outdoor seating, and, of course, the pool. The house was set up perfectly for groups traveling with different ages from grandparents to toddlers. We enjoyed the private beach area, the pool, the kayaks, and the Sonos sound system. The two public beaches within walking distance were absolutely perfect for relaxing. The shallow and calm water made them ideal for toddlers. Be sure to check out brunch at Las Brisas down the street and kayak across the sound to see the iguanas on the island across from the private beach area. We loved Turks and Caicos and will definitely be back to Ashleigh’s place when the opportunity arises again!

We absolutely loved Villa Patina! It was beautiful, spacious, and safe. The views of the chalk sound were breathtaking. We enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, and floating in the water. Ashleigh was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this house and location. We enjoyed the peacefulness of being away from the Grace Bay area and Taylor Beach (across the street) was always so calm and gorgeous.

We took our three adult kids and two of their significant others for a week. This was the perfect home base! Villa Patina is just as stunning as the photos show. Last trip we stayed on Grace Bay but this was much less windy and felt less crowded. Plus the views are over the top! You can see both sunrise and sunset. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards, we ended up in the pool or firepit every evening and ate dinners outside. We used the A/C in the bedrooms which was great, but the breezes made the rest of the house comfortable. Many of the reviews had great tips on local places and we did many of them. Da Conch Shack, Mr Groupers, Omars, Sopadilla bay where we spent most afternoons. If you go, you can rent chairs and umbrellas there. Our family couldn't say enough about the great vacation we had.
