This is a great place to stay in Ilfracombe. Listing is accurate and accommodation is stylish and very comfortable. Communication with Julia was excellent.

We had a great stay at Julia’s . The cottage was lovely and comfortable and central to visit so many places. A 15 min drive to Woolacombe and the beautiful north Devon coast and it’s amazing work. My girls enjoyed their swim at the beaches at tunnels. A must. I’m sure if you stay here you will be more thank happy.

Just arrived home from wonderful weeks stay in Horne Cottage. It had everything we could possibly need for a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped from hand soap, dishwasher tablets to every utensil you could think of. The beds were all so comfortable, we all slept amazing all week. Such a bonus having lovely fresh towels for all four of us too. The outside space was perfect and appeared to get the sun all day. Although we could not park at the cottage there were always spaces at the top of the road a couple of minutes away. We never struggled to find a space. The owner always communicated straight away with any query we had. Also kind enough to let us check in two hours early on arrival which was much appreciated. Tunnels beaches is a must to visit in Ilfracombe and we traveled 25 minutes to Croyde beach twice which is the most beautiful town. Book your stay you won’t be disappointed!!

Lovely place. The seating area outside is really lovely and the bedrooms are pretty and a great size. Very peaceful and a really nice place to stay. Lovely and cool downstairs in this heat which was fab. Some of the fittings are ageing a little but that is to be expected in old houses. It was a bit of a walk to the harbour if you want to be near there, but really close to the tunnels beaches which was great. I was pretty unobservant about finding the Wi-Fi code til the last day! It’s on the coffee table and is obvious but incase anyone is as unobservant as me. It’s a great size, I was with my mum and we had plenty of room. The living room has two fab sofas we could chill out on after a long day. Ilfracombe is a really great little town and has lots of lovely places to eat within easy walking distance of the cottage. Julia was very helpful and a great host.
