I absolutely loved staying at this adorable guest house. It's in the middle of a lovely street but still is very private and secure. There are many food options within walking distance, and the UNT campus is also a short walk. Emilie was very communicative and the check in and check out process was very easy. It was the perfect place for my stay in Denton and has to be one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in! I would 100% recommend Emilie's place for your stay in Denton!

Emilie and Chris have been outstanding hosts! The cottage is just perfect and would highly recommend staying here. Lots of things close by to do. The bed is comfortable. This place is highly recommended!!!

I cannot express how great this location is and how much I loved staying here. I stayed for 3 months and I didn’t want to leave. Emilee was a outstanding host. I fell in love with the Denton so much I’m planning to move here. There are so many things to do in walking distance. Your right on the campus pretty much so there’s all sorts of shops and eatery’s. Fera’s Italian Restaurant was one of my favs. 5 min walk best food and a cute place. There’s so many restaurants I couldn’t try them all. Graffiti Pasta was another that was located in the Town Square also only 10 min walk and the Square is like something out of a movie. I really loved it and I would have stayed longer if I could of. The historic neighborhood is breathtaking and like walking through a history book. Just beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!!
