Six adults stayed here in April for the eclipse. The space was as described and shown in pictures. The kitchen had the basics for cooking and eating. The king size beds were comfortable. We were a little concerned with the house being close to the campus, but it was very quiet in the neighborhood while we were staying here. We were able to use the convenient, outdoor patio space for grilling and to watch the NCAA basketball game on the tv one evening. A wonderful addition that we weren't looking for when booking a place to stay. Nathan was very quick to respond to any questions we had before or during our stay. A good place to stay if you have a large group. and are coming to the Dallas/Denton area.

We had a group of friends who all stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for a wedding in Ponder and for a group of 8 the space was perfect! So close to the Denton square (lots of fun btw) and in general a well thought out home! Definitely recommend!
