Very Spacious! Lost of room to spread out. Which was nice after a long car ride. House is in a great location if you want to be close to UNT. Not the owners fault, but it is on a busy road and there is some road/train noise at night. Appreciate the large parking space in the back of the home. Close to a grocery store, and many restaurants. Would recommend, and stay again.

This is a lovely, spacious place to stay in Denton. It is close to UNT while still being just a short drive from the spots to buy food and shop or to spend time in nature at nearby parks. It was cozy for our family of six in town for a senior recital. Quick communication, provided essentials, nice size TVs and comfy beds are some of the highlights. While it is on a busy street, it is pretty easy to get in and out of the driveway. Parking was great in the back. We were all really happy with our stay.

great location! would recommend to anyone and very close to many restaurants and stores! will for sure keep in mind next time we are in the area
