The Hidden Gem of NWA is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Bella Vista. The home features many one of a kind custom touches. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor - each have private balconies overlooking Lake Avalon. Enjoy coffee or happy hour in the serene screened-in porch. The amazing Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is < .5 mile hike away. Or hit the Little Sugar MTB/hike trails right from your doorstep! Impeccable location; < 15 min. to downtown Bentonville. Our home offers a beautiful lake Avalon view. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lake or walk down to the private dock and relax in the Adirondack chairs. If you’d like to get out on the water, the kayak or paddle board are available to take you over to the other side of the lake where the beach access is! Remodeled walk-out basement overlooks the lake and features living room, bar area, full bath, and bedroom. -Pack n Play, high chair, kid's toys/books, and baby gate available. -Safe bike storage available -Game table, with multiple board games downstairs -2 TV's brand new in 2021 Trail access ~100 yards right from the front door!!

Great cozy house. Responsive host. Very beautiful. I was able to get to the main cities easily while still enjoying the peacefulness of the lake.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 4. We loved the peaceful environment of the lake and getting to the main town was just a quick ride away! Thank you for the detailed descriptions of the trails we could access from the house. We especially loved the waterfall hike and hope to return again in the summer.

This was the perfect last minute get away. We loved being able to walk to the water and relax at the dock or go explore trails that were in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

We feel super lucky to come across such a beautiful place to stay. Every morning, I was able to enjoy some coffee with the view of the lake and the little critters playing among the trees. This was a very peaceful and relaxing trip that was greatly appreciated and needed.

The bike trails are in walking distance! We love being able to ride our bikes directly from our house to the trails at the entrance of the neighborhood!
Beautiful Tanyard Creek is also in walking distance and such a fun place to take the kids on a hike, catch crawdads, view waterfalls, and see the abundant wildlife!
One of our favorite rooms in our house is the screened-in porch which feels like you’re in a tree house. We love relaxing there in the morning and listening to the birds while enjoying a hot cup of coffee and the lake view!

Enjoy the bike trails in walking distance from our house. Immediately when you pull into the neighborhood you’ll see the single track trail on both sides of Tamworth Circle.
You have the option to parallel park in front of the house and walk down the steps or pull down into the driveway.

We are the Ammons family. In July 2020 we left behind our careers & sold almost everything we owned. Since then, we have been traveling the country in our beloved Airstream. Better than Michigan summer days or Montana mountain tops...our time together as a family far surpasses the most scenic of places. We love to bike, hike, explore, & consider ourselves foodies.
