The place is super cute and cozy. The usual heating system was down, but Clinton had given me a heads up before booking the place, and he had 2 space heaters that worked like magic! Despite it being a very cold week, the place was super comfortable and very warm! I appreciated the heads up, and the convenient solution. Clinton was super communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I visited with my husband and dog for a work trip, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed working from the airbnb, while enjoying the view of many deer passing by!

Clinton’s home was wonderful! Everything truly top notch — from the finishes to the location. Very responsive and friendly. Beautiful home, comfortable and cozy. We had what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Minutes from both downtown Warwick and Florida, it’s a perfect location. We will definitely be back 10/10 would recommend.

Clinton was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time in Warwick. The place was cozy and clean. The backyard was very peaceful. Wonderful getaway from NYC.
