It's a beautiful and quaint place full of charm. I felt like a princess in a small town. Everything you need is in walking distance, and so convenient if you have a car. (There's plenty of parking!) But you can tell it's an older building. The plumbing and water pressure isn't too strong, and if you're tall, this particular room may be hard to navigate without a head bump or two. It may not have all the niceties of a modern, 4-5 star hotel, but the area, charm, and comfort of the room more than makes up for it! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Sandwich, with many excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Cape Cod Canal is only a couple minutes away by car. The property itself is immaculate and very unique, and our room was quiet. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a laid back Cape Cod vacation!

We’re super pleased with our stay at the belfry in the pink lady house. Christopher was super nice and helpful, checkin was a breeze. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable (and I’m a bad sleeper) and slept great. The area was fantastic, we walked over to nearby sandwich beach which was beautiful. There was plenty of food options in the area and even 3 restaurants on the property itself. Free continental breakfast downstairs was delicious and we enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful courtyard in the mornings. We already are planning on coming back for a cape cod wedding we are attending soon.
