We love our neighborhood! A lot of the homeowners on the street have been here for years. Folks are friendly and work to keep their properties safe and maintained. Several years ago, a parkway was removed at the end of the street and the State Park built a beautiful greenway along the Niagara Gorge. It has a bike path that will take you directly to the Falls or to Whirlpool State Park in about 15 minutes walking. Within a 10-15 minute walk you can also be on 3rd Avenue where you will find a few restaurants and bars. Downtown Niagara Falls and Niagara Falls State Park are both within 15 minutes walk or 3-4 minute drive.
Though Niagara Falls is a Natural Wonder and a brilliant natural phenomenon, the City of Niagara Falls has struggled economically over the past several decades. As a result, there are properties and neighborhoods that have concentrated poverty and where properties are in disrepair. You may even see signs of this on our street. Please alert me if anything bothers you and I will do my best to address the situation. I've been here for nearly two years and we haven't had any issues and the street is very safe.

Niagara Falls, USA is a small town. Obviously, a car will get you anywhere you'd like to go in a couple minutes. Our location is very convenient, so even if you do not have a vehicle, you can walk to the Falls, restaurants, State Parks, and a grocery store in a few minutes. Bikes are also offered for rent within walking distance of the house. The Discover Niagara Shuttle, makes a visit without a car even more enjoyable, allowing you to travel to the nearby destinations of Lewiston, Lockport and numerous locations in the Falls with ease.
