I was in town for an event at the convention center and George’s place was extremely convenient. George’s instructions were very clear and he was courteous and helpful in his communication. The apartment was in ok shape but could use a little TLC.

My stay at George’s place was great, minor issues but George communicated the right way! Definitely worth it and definitely will book again in the future! Good choice if your looking at this amazing place!

My group had a pretty negative experience and documented this with Airbnb. We were approved for a refund, we ended up staying due to the lack of options of Airbnbs to move to on late notice. Some of our issues include: - the pull out bed was broken (the host advertises it as appropriate for 2 guests, it’s not large enough for one) and had NO sheets. The host thinks that leaving one fleece blanket was sufficient bedding. -dirty(brown stained blankets, pubic hairs on bedding, white stains on duvet, noticeable smell, the area rug downstairs is EXTREMELY dirty, mold in brita) -dirty and leaking windows -cheap linens/furniture(the furniture was all extremely unstable and poorly built) We were able to communicate this with the host, although he stopped communications once he realized we wanted the cleaning fee back as we had to clean most of the apt to feel comfortable to stay. The location was good and the apartment COULD be nice but the owner needs to better maintain the apt

The place was exactly like the pictures beautiful clean.and George made the whole stay a nice and easy transition so I could focus on vacation.
