Ruth was great, my travels are always fluid, and Ruth got me in a day early the same day. my 4th stay with Ruth and this is my go to place when I have business in Danbury. Thanks, Ruth, for always making it happen!

Ruth was very sweet, accommodating, and responsive. When I needed better pots she found some and brought. Being sensitive to some odors in the first unit she had a second unit thoroughly cleaned and made available and allowed me to move there. Having chemical sensitivities things like the laundry detergent bothered me. She had housekeeping rewash the sheets with an unscented detergent. That was very nice of her. I could still smell some detergent, rewashed again. There were also some blankets without the detergent scents!! Also she had the porters spray the hallway to help mitigate the odor I was picking up on. Chemical sensitivities. Ruth went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I needed an extra night/time and she accommodated that request. She is a very pleasant and accomodating hostess. Never did any request seem like a burden for her. Thank you Ruth.

Ruth was very responsive and attentive to whatever questions needed during the check in and out process . Felt right at home. Superb stay . Will be recommending to family when they come to visit .
